I went to an all-boys school, breaking the color barrier at Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania back in the 1960’s. It shaped the way to think to this day. My philosophy is to NEVER give up on the problem child. Most of the time they have something inside yearning to come out. I know, I was one of them.
As for 费什伯恩, I’m always impressed with the way the staff works together for a common goal. It teaches the cadets respect, responsibility 和 leadership – all the things needed to have a chance at life. Personally, I love to help young people reach places within themselves they never thought they had.

I am proud to be among the state of Virginia’s winningest wrestling coaches with a career record of +400-77. I have coached 2 undefeated teams numerous conference championships 和 16 state individual state champions along with being named coach of the year 17 times during my career. I have coached both nationally 和 internationally 和 prior to coming to 费什伯恩, I coached at Washington 和 Lee University. I also hold a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University.
